Description
Empty into a deep baking tray and gently bake in a moderate (approx.180 deg C) oven for 30 – 40 minutes, concentrating the magnificent sticky jus, while you make a simple polenta “porridge” ( see recipes on our web site). I like to sprinkle parmesan cheese over the meat to brown 10 minutes before serving. A fresh gremolata is a lovely finishing garnish!
