Often referred to native hibiscus, the crimson coloured fleshy calyx boasts a complex flavour profile akin to tangy rhubarb and berries, and makes for great plate presentation. Whether eaten fresh, cooked, or candied, Rosella can amplify the flavours of any sweet or savoury dish- wherever conventional rhubarb or berries are called for. Rinse before use.
