Famed for its intensely tart lime-grapefruit flavours, and soft edible skin, this fantastic native lime can be sliced fresh, zested, juiced, pickled, or cooked. Use Desert Lime to dial up the flavour of just about any dish (or beverage!), wherever conventional lime is called for. Rinse before use.

Rinse before use. Thaw frozen fruit between 1-5 degrees Celsius, and store refrigerated. Consume within 3-4 days.
