With an oval shaped profile and stunning red-maroon hue, this lime has soft, edible skin, and makes for great plate presentation. Flavour-wise this sought-after citrus has a lovely tart blood-orange flavour, and can be sliced fresh, zested, juiced, pickled, or cooked to your liking. Blood Lime adds a special touch to just about any dish (or beverage!). Rinse before use.
