Sprinkle on Flatbreads or Pita: Simply brush the bread with olive oil and then sprinkle Davidson Plum Za’atar on top before baking.
Season Grilled Meats: Use Davidson Plum Za’atar as a seasoning for grilled meats, such as chicken, lamb, or beef. Mix za’atar with olive oil to create a paste, then rub it onto the meat before grilling. It adds a unique flavour to the dish.
