(Citrus glauca)

Also known as the Australian round lime, bush lime, or wild lime, Desert Lime varies in size from a pea to a grape, and is native to the desert regions of Australia. Famed for its intensely tart lime-grapefruit flavours, and soft edible skin, this fantastic native lime can be sliced fresh, zested, juiced, pickled, or cooked. Use Desert Lime to dial up the flavour of just about any dish (or beverage!), wherever conventional lime is called for. Rinse before use.
