(Terminalia ferdinandiana)
Also known as gubinge, billygoat plum, or green plum, Kakadu Plum is a small fruit native to the northern regions of Australia, particularly the Kimberley and Kakadu regions. This spectacular Aussie plum is a notable fruit due to its exceptional nutritional content. When freeze-dried and milled (without the seed), its subtle sweet and sour green plum flavour becomes more delicate. Whether used as a garnish, dissolved into liquids, or added into spice blends, Kakadu Plum Powder adds a nutritional boost to any sweet or savoury creation- however it is best used when blended into smoothies.
