Balsamic Glazed Salmon: Marinate salmon fillets in a mixture of Sunrise Lime Balsamic, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Grill or bake the salmon until it’s cooked through. Drizzle more citrus balsamic over the top before serving.
Salads: Toss mixed greens and tomatoes with Sunrise Lime Balsamic with some olive oil for a deliciously fruity salad. Add some grilled haloumi or nuts for some extra indulgence.
Balsamic Chicken Skewers: Cube chicken breasts and marinate them in a mixture of Sunrise Lime Balsamic, orange juice, thyme, and a touch of honey. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill until fully cooked. Serve with a side of Sunrise Lime Balsamic dipping sauce.

Balsamic Marinated Tofu: Marinate tofu cubes in a mixture of Sunrise Lime Balsamic, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bake or sauté the tofu until golden brown and serve over a bed of stir-fried vegetables
