The tiny leaves of the White Kunzea shrub, which are native to eastern Australia, are prized for their aromatic profile. With a delightful sweet and spicy fragrance, and flavours reminiscent of floral honey and herbs, this exotic herb can be used to infuse a distinctively Australian flair into both sweet and savoury culinary creations. Moreover, White Kunzea lends itself especially well when infused into beverages! For brewing, infuse 1tsp per 250ml of boiling water, and steep for 10 minutes.
