Geraldton Wax on the ABC!

The ABC did a fantastic article on Geraldton Wax and its recent rise to fame within the native food industry. Fast becoming a staple of any cook’s kitchen, its delicious in a host of savoury and sweet dishes, and even in the odd cocktail. So versatile!

Only a few special varieties of Geraldton Wax have not just beautiful bright flowers (in Springtime) as well as a superb unique lime and lemon tangy leaf flavour. Infuses stunning flavours in so many dishes.

It’s been a favourite for chefs for a few years now as fresh bunches, but recently we have added online dried tea flakes and a new freeze-dried powder to our ever-expanding native list. Can’t wait to see how it’s used in the future.
