What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed prior to dispatch of goods.

Do we offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for Adelaide Metro deliveries only. Includes Dry and/or Frozen items.

Where do you ship perishable items?

Perishable items can often be shipped Australia wide.

Creative Native ensures that all perishable items are packed in foam and with ice to help prevent defrost during transit.

Please note that all perishable shipping is at the customer’s risk.

If you are concerned about shipping perishable items to your location, please contact us at: sales@creativenativefoods.com.au. From there, we can look into the potential of low-risk freight methods such as airfreight.

When will my products ship?

Creative Native strives to dispatch all ‘Express’ orders within one business day.

If we receive your order before 12:00pm ACST, we will aim to dispatch that same day.

Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day where possible.

‘Standard’ orders will be dispatched within 2 business days where possible. 

Missing or lost orders

Please check your order tracking details, which should be emailed to you directly from the nominated carrier.

If the parcel has been listed as missing or delayed, please open a case with the carrier, and contact us at: sales@creativenativefoods.com.au with your case number, and we will also contact them to further investigate.

Returns and Refunds

Change of mind returns policy

Creative Native does not offer change of mind returns. Please note that all products received in good condition are final. 

Damaged or faulty goods

Under the Australian Consumer Law, a customer can get a refund or a replacement for a broken or faulty product. To be eligible for a return please make sure your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you have received your items and they are damaged or faulty, please send us an email with a picture of your products to: sales@creativenativefoods.com.au

Damaged or faulty goods returns procedure

To return your damaged or faulty product, please contact us prior to dispatching the goods. If the return is approved, please mail your product to: 75A Orsmond Street, Hindmarsh SA 5007.

What is your refunds policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note that refunds from payments methods such as Stripe may take up to 14 days to process.

If 14 days has elapsed since your refund was processed, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: sales@creativenativefoods.com.au

Gift Cards

How do your Gift Cards work?

If purchasing a Gift Card, you have the option to enter the email address for the receiver.

Once the order is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to the nominated email address.

There is no expiry date for Gift Cards on the Creative Native Foods website. 

Bulk Products

Do you offer bulk sized products?

Creative Native Food’s main avenue of business is Food Service Distribution to hospitality, tourism and manufacturing-based operations within Australia.

All of our Retail Products are available in bulk sized packs. Please contact us to find out more at: sales@creativenativefoods.com.au

Retail Showroom details

Creative Native operates a Retail Showroom at the Creative Native Warehouse.

The Showroom is located at 75A Orsmond Street, Hindmarsh SA 5007, and is open to the public on Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm. 

Payments in Store:

We accept payment via cash, EFT, or bank transfer in store.

Creative Native accepts all major credit cards.

Please note that payments are processed prior to dispatch of goods.
