 Andrew and Creative Native have been working closely with the Home Economics Industry Association of Australia (HEIA) to encourage the use of native ingredients within the school’s curriculum. We will now be regularly including some new exclusive recipes and tips to those that receive the HEIA Monthly Newsletter.

This month’s recipe is ‘Old Man’ Saltbush & Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower! Yum!

I made this recipe before we sent it out, and boy was it good. It certainly is easy to add a delicious native flavour to any dish, while also learning at the same time.

Andrew is excited about this development in the education sector, and the chance to share his passion for native Australia cuisine and we can’t wait for the next generation of cooks to really experience and enjoy our rich history of culture, foods and flavours.
