Malted Wattleseed is an activated Wattleseed that has been toasted lightly. Bringing out flavours deep within. Unlike raw Wattleseed, the malted wattle is ready to use and is perfect for those homebrewers out there.

Currently, we are working on malting trails to create a beautiful and high-quality product. With trials well underway we are excited for the product to become readily available!

Malted Wattleseed can be used in a variety of dishes and creations, including homebrews. Perfect in baking (Delicious in Sourdoughs), for creating crusts & coatings, even in spice blends. Or simply sprinkle over salads or vegetables for wonderful and rich flavours.
