This wonderfully unique herb is best used to infuse oils, marinate meats such as lamb, roast potatoes and so much more. It also offers a delightful contrast when paired with sweet flavours such as honey. This herb is also making waves in the distilling sectors for its strong flavour and aroma. 🍽

The native Bush Apple (Djarduk) is a member of the Lilly Pilly and Riberry family, boasting a unique blend of tangy apple, rose, berry, and pomegranate flavours.

Most commonly found in the Kimberley region of Western Australia and Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, Bush Apples thrive in tropical climates and are resilient to extreme heat and fire. Bush Apples can grow much larger than conventional apples, and are distinguishable by their red ribbed skin, large leaves and white flowers.

Bush Apples are most often used in chutneys, jams, cordials, and syrups, but can also add a unique twist to salads and classic desserts. 🥗🥧
