It’s New! Lemon Aspen Powder

Similar to our fruit powders (Blood, Desert, Sunrise, Finger Lime & even Geraldton Wax) Lemon Aspen is being added to the list. Our Freeze-Dried Powders make for amazingly interesting flavours and combinations. While also retaining the true fruit flavours in the drying process.

There are a few native varieties of Lemon Aspen, but Acronychia acidula is considered the ‘true’ Lemon Aspen. Lemon Aspen has strong but refreshing citrus flavours of lemon and tropical ‘camphor’ notes.
