(Chamelaucium uncinatum)
Derived from the Geraldton Wax shrub, also known as waxflower, this popular herb is native to the southwestern regions of Australia. Traditionally used in flower arrangements, certain sub-species of the shrub are edible, and produce a fantastic floral kaffir lime leaf flavour and aroma when crushed. Use this pale-green freeze-dried powder to infuse a zesty punch in any sweet or savoury creation. Use it as a garnish, dissolved into liquids, or added to spice blends.
