(Syzygium luehmannii)

Derived from the evergreen Riberry tree native to the rainforests of eastern Australia, the fruit is also known as the clove lilli pilli or brush cherry. These elusive pea-sized berries are renowned for their distinctive pink to red, pear-shaped profile, and exotic flavour. Flavour-wise, Riberries boast a complex flavour profile akin to berries and cloves, with a tangy aftertaste, and can be used to dial up the flavour of any sweet or savoury dishes- wherever conventional berries are used. Rinse before use.
