Possessing a refreshing spearmint and menthol flavour, the flavours and aromas of this delicately sweet herb make for a true sensory experience, and can amplify the flavours of any recipe where conventional mint is used.

Infuse in Hot Liquids: Rivermint leaves can be used to infuse hot liquids such as water, milk, or cream. For example, you can make Rivermint tea by adding a few leaves to hot water.

Garnish: Simply wash and use it as a minty garnish for meats and seafoods, drinks, salads, or desserts.

Rivermint and Watermelon Salad: Combine watermelon cubes, thinly sliced red onion, crumbled feta and Rivermint with some olive oil. Serve as a delightfully refreshing side dish.

Rivermint Pesto: Process Rivermint with some pine nuts or walnuts, garlic, grated Parmesan and olive oil. Use Rivermint pesto as a sauce for pasta, a spread for sandwiches, or a dip for vegetables.
