Salt and chilli is a match made in heaven, however their synergy is enhanced by the earthy umami profile of native Saltbush, the citrus twang of native Lemon Myrtle, and the complex spice of native Pepperberry. Use this coarse spice crust to tease out the flavours of your coated meats and vegetables, to dust over baked goods, or to season your meals in place of conventional salt and pepper.
