Pork and Duck Dishes: Marinate meats with Anise Myrtle Five Spice before roasting, grilling, or pan-searing. It can also be used as a seasoning for sauces or glazes to add depth and character to the flavours.
Baking: This unique blend can also be incorporated into baking recipes. Try adding it to bread or pastry dough for a twist on traditional baked goods. It can also enhance the flavour of pies, cakes, and muffins, especially those with fruit or nut elements.
