Blackened Meats: Coat your favourite fish fillets, prawns, chicken, burgers or steak with Pepperleaf Blackening Spice and pan-sear them in a hot pan or bbq with a little oil or butter until the spice coating turns black and the meat is cooked through. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime. Optional: for a Mexican twist, shred blackened meat and serve with rice and tacos.

Blackened Vegetables: Sprinkle Pepperleaf Blackening Spice over vegetables like capsicum, zucchini, and corn on the cob, and grill or roast them for a flavourful and spicy side dish. You can also use the seasoning combined with plenty of salt to coat hot potato chips.

Blackened Rice or Quinoa: Stir Pepperleaf Blackening Spice into your rice or quinoa while cooking to infuse the grains with flavour. It makes for an excellent side dish to complement your main course.

Best used as a seasoning, or infused in cooking. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste, as this blend is quite potent.
