Famed for its nuanced flavour of dark berries and pepper with a woody undertone, Pepperberry adds a wonderful spice to all manner of sweet and savoury dishes. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste, as the flavour can be quite potent. Apply Pepperberry to dishes after cooking, as the spice dissipates in high temperatures.
