Quandong Christmas Pudding with Orange Brandy Sauce



Tuckeroo and Creative Native’s superb Christmas pudding made with native Australian Ingredients.

This uniquely Australian Christmas pudding features an array of native ingredients: the hero, of course, is the “wild or desert peach” – the quandong, rich and creamy macadamia nuts, and “Judas the Dark”, a wonderful ale from the Woolshed Brewery in SA, made with roasted wattleseed, lending a nutty coffee flavour to the roast malt.  These native flavours marry with an indulgent orange brandy sauce.

Beautifully presented in traditional calico wrapping, with Christmas ribbon and greeting card.
