These delightful nuts have a starchy, slightly sweet flavour, and boast a wonderful chewy to crunchy mouthfeel depending on the cooking method. Bunya Nuts can be eaten raw, however it is best enjoyed when roasted, boiled, or ground into flour, making it effective in both sweet and savoury dishes.
